My watch no longer works. What can I do?

We are very sorry that one of our watches is causing problems. But we won't leave you out in the cold! 

Please click through our FAQs first. Maybe you will find some help for your problem. Especially with automatic models, it can help to wind the watch manually.

If the problem can not be solved, we are of course always happy to help you. Just send us an e-mail to support@sternglas.de. Our service team will help you as soon as possible.

Important: Please do not send us watches on your own without consultation. This can significantly delay the processing. We offer a repair service and will provide you with a return slip after contacting us, which you can use to send your timepiece to our workshop.
