Unfortunately, we are not yet able to directly exchange items. Please return the items you don't want in the regular way and reorder the items you do want. Return vouchers are available upon request - just let us know what is being returned from your order and we will enter it into our system. If you used a coupon on your first order, just let us know. A second order for exchange purposes should not be your disadvantage. :)
