Please note that the two-year warranty applies to watches, but not to interchangeable straps. Since leather is a natural product, it is unfortunately not completely avoidable that it can get stained or wear out after a while (depending on water contact, sweat and acidity / pH of the skin). This also applies to our nylon, milanaise or rubber straps, which are also exposed to mechanical stress and are close to the skin. Unfortunately, we cannot treat such cases as warranty claims.
We generally recommend replacing leather straps annually.
If you think that your strap has a production defect and is defective for another reason, please contact us and send us a photo of the strap together with your order number. We will take a look at it and decide if we can treat your band as a warranty case or not.
