If your watch is an automatic watch, please wind it fully once (approx. 40 rotations of the crown with the position pressed in clockwise).
That didn't help or you own a quartz watch? No problem. Within the two-year warranty period, we will repair and, if necessary, replace your timepiece free of charge.
Please contact us with your order number (or the name of the donor) and describe the problem. If you like, you can also send us a picture showing the defect.
We will look into the matter and get back to you as soon as possible.
