No problem. Check whether everything is in order with your address and whether your postal number was also given for shipments to the Packstation.
Please note that we can only deliver to Packstations, but not to post offices. Mailings for single straps can unfortunately not go to Packstations - in this case please give us a regular address.
Then write us a message with the corrected address information if necessary. We will gladly send the package to you again.
