You have 30 days return period when you order from us. So enough time to think about whether you want to return it. If you order on account via KLARNA, you don't have to pay the amount beforehand either.
(Please note, however, that the payment period at KLARNA is 14 days. If you need a little longer to decide, settle the bill during the payment period - in case of a return you will simply get it back).
However, at our cooperating stores it is best feasible to look at the model you want first and then buy it. Unfortunately we don't have our own store yet, but in Hamburg there are enough jewelers and watch stores where this is possible without any problems.
